Hi! My name is Cassie
Adulting is hard, and relationships are messy! If you are feeling overwhelmed by the stress of everyday life or struggling with feelings of inadequacy and isolation within your relationship, I want you to know you don’t have to walk this journey alone, and I’m so glad you found your
way here.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker under the supervision of Karen Magruder, LCSW-S. I earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Direct Practice with Children and Families. My experience includes working with adults
grappling with mental illness, trauma, and hopelessness. I am also deeply passionate about empowering survivors of domestic violence.
Therapy is about creating an experience that’s uniquely yours—not about me telling you what to do. That’s why I offer a personalized approach rooted in authenticity, transparency, and respect;
and I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can simply be yourself. I combine evidence-based techniques with a trauma-informed perspective, tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
It would be my privilege to walk alongside you as you embark on the path to healing. Together, we’ll collaborate to process your unique experiences, explore your needs, and establish
meaningful goals to work towards in therapy. I will challenge you, and I will also be your biggest hype-girl! My hope is that you walk away from each session feeling understood, supported, and
empowered. I can't promise the journey will always be easy, but I can promise you this—YOU are worth it!
