Hi! My name is Jessica

I am so thankful you have made it here and celebrate your decision to invest in yourself.

Life can be turbulent, unpredictable, and just down right hard. I am here to meet you where you are at and to let you know that you are not alone. My desire is to walk alongside you during this healing journey, to help you reach your goals, live in congruence with your core values, and find inner peace through all of life’s ups and downs.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of LeAnna Coulter, LPC-S. I completed both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. My passion is working with the perinatal population, adults, and adolescents. I practice from a person-centered approach while pulling from other evidence-based practices to provide a personalized therapy experience for clients.

I chose to become a counselor because I wanted to be the person I needed when I was struggling. I have been on the other side of the couch and deeply empathize with all the complex emotions that occur during the therapeutic process. Without the impactful therapists before me, I would not be where and who I am today.

When I am not counseling, you will find me homeschooling my child, cuddling with my two dogs and cat, and frequenting karaoke. We are a pretty musical family and I thoroughly enjoy playing piano and singing alongside my husband and child.

Thank you so much for taking the time to learn more about me and I look forward to working with you!
