In ______ We Trust

Last week I went to Austin and I realized how dependent we are on technology. We needed directions, "let's ask Google". "What restaurant do we go to? Let's look at Google reviews and choose." And when having a family conversation; "I don't believe what you are saying! Let me google that." Has it come down to 'In Google we trust"? Let's think..... Can we go to a restaurant that we have liked in the past or that a friend has recommended? Does it really matter to interrupt your mom's story to google the facts? Is it possible to trust ourselves and our intuition? Can we be mindful and enjoy family time? Maybe we can try slowing down and saying "in us we trust".
